RAIN

More rain... I do not recall any other summer being this wet. Do not get me wrong. I like the rain. I just wish I could finish my work in the yard without being interrupted by the rain. Of course, the rain did not start until late this afternoon so I am not really complaining. Carson worked today but Max and I had a good day together. We went to the bank this morning, then Lowe's (where I bought some top soil and mulch for my latest flowerbed) and finally the Farmer's Market. Max had a good time (and so did I). The weather was beautiful this morning and many people were there. I went there to buy some new potatoes (Swedish: farskpotatis) but we also looked around. It is so fun to see all the plants too. There was a man in the outside area playing the guitar and the harmonica. Max loved it. He kept moving up and down in his little umbrella stroller. Then Max gave the man a tip. A whole dollar ...Our little man loves music. He gets it from both of us. Carson listens to his IPod music a lot. He has put every CD that we own on that thing. I listen to music too but mostly on the radio.
